Production & Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and confirmed within 1 business day.
- Retainer production begins only after a valid 3D scan has been received and approved.
- Manufacturing usually takes up to 5 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If you do not yet have a valid scan, or if we are unable to receive it from your clinic, your order will be placed on hold until the scan is available.
If a new scan is required, the clinic may charge a separate fee. These costs are outside the control of Keepers Club.
If delays occur due to high order volume or scan-related issues, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Information
- Delivery within Latvia is free of charge and included in the product price.
- Orders are shipped using tracked delivery to the nearest parcel terminal or pickup location (e.g., Omniva, DPD).
- Estimated total delivery time is approximately 6-10 business days after scan approval and production start.
- Delivery to other countries is available upon request. Shipping costs and delivery times will be communicated before dispatch.
Customs & International Charges
For deliveries outside Latvia, import duties, taxes, or other customs fees may apply depending on the regulations of the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in Keepers Club pricing.
Returns, Damages & Remakes
Due to the custom-made nature of retainers, we cannot accept standard returns or cancellations once production has begun.
However, if your product is:
- damaged during transit,
- defective due to manufacturing error,
- incorrect due to a mistake on our side,
we will offer either:
- a free remake, or
- a full refund if a remake is not possible.
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include a detailed description and photos.
- We may request you to return the product for inspection.
Please note:
- Breakages reported after 30 days are considered wear-related and are not eligible for free remake or refund.
- Fit issues caused by outdated scan data or recent dental work are not considered production errors. In such cases, we can assist in arranging a new scan (fees may apply).
No Scan Available Yet?
You can still place an order without a current scan.
After ordering, we can:
- request your scan from your clinic (with your permission), or
- help arrange a new scan at one of our partner clinics (a separate fee may apply).
Production will begin once the scan has been received and verified.
